CiviCRM Paris 2026

From October 5 to 9, 2026, the open source CRM—used by 13,000 nonprofit organizations for 20 years—will bring together associations, foundations, federations, and developers from around the world to help your community grow.

Conferences, training sessions, and sprints to discover, improve,
and develop your use of CiviCRM, whatever your level.

CiviCRM is an open source CRM designed for non-profit organizations: associations, foundations, federations, unions.

Developed and maintained for over 20 years (at a rate of one version per month) by an international community, it is used by more than 14,000 organizations to manage their members and donors and to coordinate their mobilization and advocacy efforts.

By offeringtotal control over data and technological choices, CiviCRM strengthens your organization’s autonomy and addresses the challenges of digital sovereignty.

Already adopted by thousands of organizations around the world, CiviCRM is increasingly being used by French-speaking associations that want to go beyond files dependent on their volunteers or a simple ticketing or donation solution, with a true multi-activity CRM.

October 5-9, 2026 CiviCRM 2026 Paris is an event that brings together the global CiviCRM community:
– 1 day of conferences,
– 2 days of training
– 4 days of sprint
conviviality and fruitful work!
For association managers, users, and developers, to discover, master, and develop CiviCRM.

CiviCRM Paris 2026 is a unique opportunity to discover, discuss, and share practices related to digital issues facing non-profits, and to strengthen the network of relationships between international partners working to promote the autonomy of your organization.

Welcome to all those who wish to learn and be inspired by the power of solidarity in the service of the common good!

Why participate?

Share your challenges and practices

CiviCRM 2026 Paris is both an information hub and a prime venue for knowledge sharing.

Present a success story, a new development, or a use case; participate in training sessions and sprints; or propose a short 10-minute format.

A unique opportunity to exchange ideas, contribute, and strengthen ties within the community.

A program
tailored to each individual!

CiviCRM 2026 Paris brings together professionals from user organizations, functional consultants, and developers.

The program is designed for each profile: discovery, in-depth study, and contribution to meet very specific needs.

Exchanges, feedback, shared solutions, and collaborative time will be at the heart of these days.

In a word : community!

An opportunity for your digital sovereignty

Digital sovereignty is the ability to control one’s infrastructure, data, and technological choices.

A keynote speech during the conference will show how CiviCRM, an open source solution maintained by a demanding community, contributes to this control by combining transparency, confidentiality, and autonomy.

Program details

Conference

The conference on Monday, October 5, 2026, will focus on the use of CiviCRM in nonprofit organizations.

User testimonials, case studies, and keynotes show how CiviCRM meets the needs of managing members, donors, and digital sovereignty issues.

The day includes the launch of the French Users Club, a presentation of the CiviCRM France association, as well as flash presentations and a conference with CiviCRM partners and user organizations.

The detailed program will be updated gradually. Some of the presentations are in French.

Advanced User Training

Two days to deepen your mastery of CiviCRM, discover advanced features, and optimize its use in your organization.

Focus on the “no code” platform (SearchKit, FormBuilder) and the most common extensions for, among other things: creating a map with your data, finely segmenting your contacts, members, and donors; creating new entities; creating simplified screens for volunteers; creating automated alerts; making certain data available to applications via the API…

The training takes place through exercises and discussions with experts and colleagues in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

The training is offered in French and English; the content is tailored to the needs of the participants.

Development Training

Two days to explore the basics of CiviCRM code, customize the software, and develop new features.

Training in English, in a supportive environment, aimed at people with a basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL, with guidance from several experienced developers from the community.

Create your first extension! Learn how to integrate CiviCRM into your organization’s website (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) or exchange data with dozens of payment gateways or third-party tools via CiviCRM’s open APIs.

Help 13,000 organizations make an impact with just a few lines of code!

Sprint

From Tuesday, October 6 to Friday, October 9, 2026, a Sprint will be held to enable the community to actively contribute to CiviCRM.

Sprint provides a collaborative space where developers, users, and community members can work on existing features, improvements, or specific projects.

LSprint promotes discussion, knowledge sharing, and direct application of skills, while strengthening cooperation within the CiviCRM community.

This is a unique opportunity to get involved in the development of the software and participate in its evolution.

If you have never participated in a Sprint before, you can ask questions during the Sprint, on the Mattermost chat, or contact com@gestad.fr.

You can also contact com@gestad.fr or ask your question using the contact form.
